Professor (Dr.) Hafeza Aftab Rosy is a distinguished and pioneering force in Bangladesh gastroenterology, holding the distinction of being the nation's first female interventional endoscopist.
After completing her MBBS at Chittagong Medical College, she pursued an MD in Gastroenterology from Bangladesh Medical University. She later completed advanced training in interventional endoscopy and research both locally and internationally, including programs at AIG India, Japan, and the USA.
Research is one of her passions. Her research contributions have been widely recognized through numerous national and international peer-reviewed publications. She was also awarded a PhD by the Japanese government.
